Not at all! Compass Entertainment Complex offers free parking and free admission to everyone. Our activities are pay-as-you-play! You can purchase a Fun Pass card and load it with credits for the activities, video games, and even our food and drinks at Meridian Bar & Grill. Movie tickets are sold separately through Cinema Six.
We strongly recommend that you fill out your Participation Agreement online, prior to your arrival! This will shorten the purchase process and allow you immediate access to the facility! Everyone is required to fill out a Participation Agreement in order to participate in the fun!
No, you cannot. Movies are sold independently of the Fun Pass card. They are available online, at one of our kiosks, or at the Guest Services counter.
Compass Entertainment Complex has several group packages available for school field trips, churches, sports teams, family reunions, and corporate events. We can also do custom packages, private events, after-hour parties, after game groups, and fundraisers.
To receive group rates, please call our Sales Department at (804) 884 – 4386. Groups must make a paid deposit to reserve their event with us.
Individual attractions and rides can range between $3 and $10 each, if bought independently, depending on what you choose. See Pricing for more details.
We have several Birthday Party Packages that are available which typically include a private room for your party of 1 birthday child and 9 or more participants (children and adults). All parties are priced for 10 participants and additional participants can be added at an additional charge. Please contact our party coordinator if you have a larger group.
All birthday parties must be booked 2 weeks in advance, with a 50% down payment. The other half is due at the time of the party. If booked less than 4 days from the birthday event, payment must be made in full. If less than 48 hours, an expedited event charge of $50 will be applied.
All parties can be booked online or through one of our Sales representatives. All outside food and beverage is prohibited.
Fun Passes can be reused over again and again, and any unused value never expires! Guests may also register their Fun Pass at any kiosk to keep track of their balance and earned rewards! A Compass Play Card is a wallet-sized card that can be loaded via cash or credit card and redeemed as Compass Credits whenever swiped at any Compass Entertainment Complex Outlet. Play Cards are also our virtual ticket collection system. Many arcade games that earn E-tickets are scanned onto your Play Card. Play Cards are used at our prize kiosk to redeem toys and other prizes for their E-ticket value. Play Cards can be reloaded and redeemed at any time.

No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage in the complex. We do have concessions and a full-service restaurant and bar that has a selection of food and drinks available for purchase.
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, and cash. We do not accept checks for walk-in guests. Business checks for group packages may be accepted with prior approval only.

Registering your Play Card gives you access to our Loyalty Program and allows you to easily replace a Play Card if yours becomes lost or stolen. Whenever you register a Play Card you are also asked to complete a Participation Agreement. Participation Agreements are required for every adult and child before participating in any ride or attraction.
